You are invited to submit a proposal to share your knowledge, experience and expertise with human resource management professionals in Buffalo, NY on September 28-30, 2026. Human Resources and Business professionals at all levels in their organizations, including generalists, specialists and executives from throughout NY and beyond attend this conference annually. Attendees will benefit from your experience while you make a valuable contribution to the profession's field of knowledge.
Workplace magic is created through intentional HR practices, confident decision-making, and consistent people support. From clear policies to effective conversations, HR professionals play a vital role in shaping workplaces where people feel supported, respected, and able to contribute.
This conference blends practical learning with strategic insight, supporting HR professionals, from emerging practitioners to senior leaders, with tools, frameworks, and approaches they can apply across their areas of influence.
Concurrent sessions run 60-minutes.
All proposals should be submitted for review no later than February 28.
